BUDDY

This gorgeous male chow (Buddy)  is currently living in what appears to be an abandoned home.   I have been feeding him for the past week on a daily basis but Animal Control now wants to impound the dog as the owner has failed to respond to their notices.  Today, Sunday, Animal Control arrived at the property while I was feeding Buddy with the intention of taking him.  I begged him to please give me a few more days to find him a home.  They agreed to give me until Tuesday to relocate the dog or for the owner to call them.  I doubt the owner will come back so YOU are my ONLY hope to save this sweet boy.  Buddy is full of fleas and ticks.  He appears to be around 12 years of age.  He has a cut on his right paw and a few more on his body.  He is full of "fox tails" and needs urgent grooming.  PLEASE help me save this dog.  I will be willing to pay for all the medical care, food and grooming if you can foster him while I find a permanent home for him.  THANK YOU!!!!!

 It has been over a month since my first posting about Buddy.  Animal Control has allowed me to keep him at the abandoned house as long as I take care of him, which I am doing on a daily basis.  Buddy looks a lot better now that he has daily food and fresh water but he is still in need of a permanent and loving home.

This is Buddy now.  He is so GOOD.  He is a lot happier now, but he is still in need of a great home!!
